At this time we do not have a feature that allows for accounts to have the same email address. However, we are aware that this would be a helpful feature for group practices and are continuing to have conversations around how we can improve the experience in this area.
In the meantime, it may be helpful to use what is called plus addressing or set up emails from us to be forwarded to the desired email address. These can both generally be done within your emailing platform.
