Traffic does naturally vary, especially when it comes to how many clients are seeking what specific services. This means that the number of referrals that each therapist can expect to receive can differ for many reasons (location, specialties, time of year, insurance/budget of therapy seekers, etc.).
At Mental Health Match our priority is to display and match your profile to therapy seekers that best meet the needs of your practice. Those using our site do work independently, and because of this we are unable to guarantee that when they are matched with you or view your profile, that they will convert into a referral.
We do however, always reach out to them to confirm whether or not they were able to make contact with the therapist they reached out to, and if there is anything we can do to support them in getting in touch.
