We do offer 100% refunds if requested within 48 hours of the charge. However, we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for monthly or annual plans if you choose to cancel before the end of your plan.
Additionally, our annual plan is a year-long commitment and is discounted because of that commitment. If you are unsure if you want to commit to a full year, we encourage you to sign up for our monthly plan instead.
